Gartner ( IT ) has commenced an unregistered offering of $600M in aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2025. The company intends to use a combination of the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes, cash on hand and borrowings under its amended senior secured credit facility and under certain new credit facilities to fund the cash consideration and other amounts payable in respect of its previously announced acquisition of CEB Inc., the repayment and redemption of certain outstanding indebtedness of CEB and its subsidiaries and the payment of related fees and expenses.
