MIAMI, Aug. 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veru Healthcare (Nasdaq:FHCO) (”Veru” or the “company”), a biopharmaceutical company focused on urology and oncology, today announced that following a successful Special Meeting of Stockholders, held on July 28, 2017, the company is implementing key stockholder proposals. All five of the proposals submitted to a vote at the Special Meeting successfully met their minimum required vote thresholds. Two proposals were withdrawn.
