Summary In my previous article on General Electric (NYSE: GE ), which was published on Dec. 31, 2017, I detailed several significant financial and operational issues related to the company's largest segment. On Jan. 24, 2018, GE reported that there was an 88% decline in profits in the Power division compared to the prior year. I also stated that based on the author's proprietary financial model which he developed utilizing his skills as a former CPA, GE's stock may very well trade significantly below the company's 52-week low of $17.36.
