NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Griffon Corporation (“Griffon” or the “Company”) (NYSE:GFF) completed the sale of its Clopay Plastics business to Berry Global Group, Inc. (NYSE:BERY) for $475 million in cash, subject to certain post-closing adjustments. “We are pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Clopay Plastics. This divestiture unlocks value for Griffon shareholders and positions us for future growth,” said Ronald J. Kramer, Griffon’s Chairman and CEO. “Clopay Plastics has been a part of Griffon for over thirty years.
