FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Jan. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share representing a 10% increase over the prior quarter's dividend. The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 26, 2018. “The Board’s decision to authorize an increase in the quarterly dividend reflects confidence in the long-term outlook for our business and opportunities to continue to create value for our shareholders,” said Jack A. Hockema, Chairman and CEO. “Over the past 10 years we have invested more than $600 million to expand capacity, enhance product quality and improve manufacturing cost efficiency while, during the same period we have returned more than $600 million to shareholders through quarterly dividends and a disciplined share repurchase program.
