Willbros: A Selloff In This $1 Turnaround Stock Has Created A Buying OpportunitySummaryA recent selloff in this specialty construction stock is overdone and has created a major buying opportunity.Much of the disappointment in Q3 results was due to three projects and severe weather delays that are likely to be just one-time issues.Willbros Group has a minimal amount of debt on the balance sheet, a contract backlog of $741 million, and over $700 million in annual revenues.Management is focused on growing revenues and restoring profitability, and that could return the share price to much higher levels that it held in the past.In the past couple of years, it has always paid off to buy this stock on sharp pullbacks, because it did not take long for equally sharp rebounds to occur.
