(NASDAQ: AAC ) , previously undisclosed, now appears to be expanding. Worse, it wasn’t first disclosed until Nov-2018, even though a subpoena first showed up in March 2018, and a registration statement filed in June had not a word about SEC woes. The big question for investors is this: If it wasn’t material enough to disclose receipt of an SEC subpoena back in March, or even in a registration to raise additional capital filed over the summer, one must ask: What changed?
