BENSALEM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces an investigation on behalf of AAC Holdings, Inc. (“AAC Holdings” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AAC) investors concerning the Company and its officers’ possible violations of federal securities laws. On April 16, 2019, the Company announced that certain financial statements for fiscal 2017 and 2018 could no longer be relied upon. The Company disclosed that these financial statements would be restated to reflect adjustments related to estimates for accounts receivable, provision for doubtful accounts, and revenue.
