My caution arises from the mixed travel indicators heading into the quarter, attributed to the "weaker demand growth for alternative accommodations." If anything, a similar pullback has been observed in the cruise sector as well, despite the durable consumer appetite reported by CCL in early Q3'25 earning season. The one silver lining to ABNB's investment thesis will be its extremely healthy balance sheet and the ongoing share retirement, as they return value to long-term shareholders.
