DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation (“Atlantic Coast”) (NASDAQ: ACFC) concerning the merger with Ameris Bancorp (NASDAQ: ABCB).
