NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Law Offices of Vincent Wong are investigating the Board of Directors of Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:ACFC) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the sale of the Company to Ameris Bancorp (NASDAQGS:ABCB). Under the terms of the deal, Atlantic Coast Financial shareholders will receive 0.17 shares of Ameris common stock and $1.39 in cash per share.
