PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advaxis, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADXS) (the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of immunotherapy products, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of (i) 9,200,000 shares of common stock together with common stock warrants (the “common warrants”) to purchase 6,900,000 shares of common stock and (ii) 13,656,000 pre-funded warrants, with each pre-funded warrant exercisable for one share of common stock, together with common warrants to purchase 10,242,000 shares of common stock.
