THE HAGUE, Nethelands--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News: The following replaces the announcement made at 19:00 CET on August 10 2018, which was sent out in error. Aegon has completed the share buyback program announced on June 20, 2018. This program neutralized the dilutive effect of the 2017 final dividend paid in shares. The repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares and will be used to cover future stock dividends. Between July 2, 2018 and August 10, 2018 a total of 21,954,140 common shares were repurchased, at an average price of EUR 5.34 per share.
