Aetna Foundation Provides $100,000 Contribution to the North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aetna (NYSE: AET) is offering additional assistance to members in Maryland, Georgia and Washington, D.C. ahead of Hurricane Florence making landfall. Earlier this week, Aetna modified its policies for members in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Aetna members in NC, SC, VA, MD, GA and Washington, D.C. can refill their prescriptions early, if needed. Members who use Aetna’s mail-order pharmacy can either get a prescription at an alternate delivery location or refill a prescription that may have been lost, damaged or destroyed. Aetna professionals who have experience dealing with traumatic events are also available to help.
