BROKEN ARROW, Okla., Oct. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEY) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Joseph Hart as permanent Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. In addition, James ‘Jim’ McGill, has been named Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing David Chymiak, who is stepping down from his Chairman of the Board position but will remain on the board of directors and in his role of Chief Technology Officer at the Company. Both new appointments are effective October 8, 2018.
