Union Gaming analyst John DeCree updates on PlayAGS ( AGS ) after the company's acquisition of slots machine specialist Integrity Gaming Group at what he calls an attractive valuation (5.4X EBITDA). We estimate the new 250 placements will generate an incremental $750k of EBITDA in 2019, representing about half of AGS' 15% annual EBITDA growth forecast in year one, writes DeCree. We also expect a decent amount of cost synergies. Looking at Integrity's P&L, there are roughly $250k of public company costs, plus duplicative operating costs, that could be eliminated post-integration, he adds. Union Gaming keeps an Outperform rating on AGS and price target of $33.
