DALLAS, Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ashford Inc. (NYSE American: AINC) ("Ashford" or the "Company") announced today that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 270,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Common Stock"), at a price to the public of $74.50 per share. The Company has also granted the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase an additional 40,500 shares of Common Stock as part of this offering. Settlement of the offering is expected to occur on or about September 28, 2018. The closing of the offering is subject to market and other customary conditions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to fund future acquisitions, investments and its obligations under the Enhanced Return Funding Program Agreement with Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc.UBS Investment Bank, RBC Capital Markets and Janney Montgomery Scott are acting as the joint book-runnin
