Air Lease: Accumulate This Oversold Aircraft Leasing Stock Summary Air Lease is attractive after a sharp downturn in the recent past and I expect the stock to bounce back in the first quarter of 2019. Over leverage is not a concern for Air Lease as debt servicing is likely to remain smooth over the next 12-24 months. The company's new fleet delivery for 2019 and 2020 are largely contracted and this will ensure cash flow growth along with debt growth. Investment Overview AL Credit Metrics Remain Strong Considering the company’s balance sheet and cash flow health, I don’t see any concerns related to stress on credit metrics in the next 24 months. Before talking about the points that underscore my view, I would like to mention that Air Lease reported EBITDA of $1,230 million for 9M18 and this translates into an annualized EBITDA of $1,545 million.
