NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigns a senior unsecured rating of A- with a Stable Outlook to the senior unsecured notes to be issued by Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL, “Air Lease” or “the Company”), an aircraft leasing company headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The company intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include the purchase of aircraft and the repayment of existing indebtedness. KBRA most recently affirmed the Company’s issuer and senior unsecured debt ratings of A- on December 15, 2017. The notes will be Air Lease’s senior unsecured obligations and will rank equally in right of payment with its existing and future senior indebtedness. The notes will rank senior in right of payment to any future subordinated unsecured indebtedness and will be effectively subordinated to its existing and future secured indebtedness to the exten
