Alio Gold and Rye Patch Gold = A Better Future For The Shareholders?SummaryAlio Gold will acquire Rye Patch Gold.Rye Patch's shareholders will get 0.48 Alio shares for each Rye Patch share.The combined company will be 53%-held by Alio and 47%-held by Rye Patch shareholders.The new Alio should produce 165,000 toz gold in 2018, however, the Florida Canyon mine start-up was complicated and the risks still remain.There are several positives as well as negatives, but I'm cautiously optimistic.
