(the "Company") today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 20,000,000 of its Class A common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share ("Class A common shares"), of which 10,000,000 shares were offered directly by the Company, and 10,000,000 shares were offered, at the request of the Company, by the forward purchasers (as defined below) or their respective affiliates in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase an aggregate of up to an additional 3,000,000 Class A common shares. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about January 24, 2022.
