HOUSTON, Nov. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) ("American Midstream" or the "Partnership") today reported financial and operational results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018.HighlightsFinancialNet income attributable to the Partnership was $38.2 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018 as compared to $55.9 million for the same period in 2017. Adjusted EBITDA was $35.2 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018, compared to $42.4 million for the third quarter of 2017. (1) Total segment gross margin was $74.5 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018, compared to $63.7 million for the same period in 2017, an increase of 17%. (1) Distributable cash flow was $4.5 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018, compared to $22.1 million for the same period in 2017.
