Amphastar reaffirmed its expectation for mid- to high-single-digit revenue growth in 2026, with management pointing to new generic launches, Primatene Mist growth and API sales from China as key supports. The biggest near-term growth driver is the generic version of Atrovent (ipratropium bromide) , which Amphastar launched in April and currently sells as the only generic on the market. Management says it has six months of exclusivity and could potentially generate about $40 million in annual sales if competition stays limited. BAQSIMI is weighing on results because of 340B-related pricing pressure, but Amphastar expects the impact to ease as a mitigation vendor takes effect.
