BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) today announced the pricing of its registered public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2026, in an aggregate principal amount of 500.0 million Euros (approximately $596.4 million). The notes will have an interest rate of 1.950% per annum and are being issued at a price equal to 99.313% of their face value. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately 493.2 million Euros (approximately $588.3 million), after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. American Tower intends to use the net proceeds to repay existing indebtedness under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility entered into in June 2013, as amended. Barclays Bank PLC, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Merrill Lynch International are acting as Joint Book-Run
