SAN DIEGO, Sept. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AnaptysBio, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANAB), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class antibody product candidates focused on unmet medical needs in inflammation, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 2,530,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $94.46 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 330,000 shares of common stock. Gross proceeds to AnaptysBio from the offering are expected to be approximately $239.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and Jefferies acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cantor, Guggenheim Securities and Wedbush PacGrow acted as co-managers.
