Ardagh Group ( ARD ) called for redemption in full of its $440M 6.000% Senior Notes due 2021. The redemption date will be July 31, 2018. Pursuant to this redemption, company will have no debt maturing before September 2022. The Group's average debt maturity will be six years, with an average coupon of less than 5.0% and over 90% of gross debt at fixed rates.
