Final regulatory permits have been obtained for both of EPIC’s NGL and Crude Oil Pipelines with the issuance of the Nationwide Permit 12 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP (“EPIC”) today announced EPIC has received the Nationwide Permit 12 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, signifying all federal and state regulatory agencies have approved both of EPIC’s NGL and Crude Oil Pipeline projects for final construction as well as placing the pipelines into full service. “The issuance of the Corps permit further demonstrates our ability to safely and responsibly build these two pipelines and I would like to thank all stakeholders involved in the approval process,” said Phillip Mezey, Chief Executive Officer of EPIC.
