VERO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (NYSE: ARR, ARR PrA and ARR PrB) (“ARMOUR” or the “Company”) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 7,200,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $20.33 per share. The size of the offering has been upsized from 6,000,000 shares, and ARMOUR has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,080,000 additional shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about February 22, 2019. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering.
