Doraiswami believes the Free Trade Agreement that was concluded in July this yea r, is a huge opportunity, once stratified. Sudhir Sekhri, chairman of India's Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) expects the agreement to be operational by the end of this financial year, after it is approved by the House of Commons and the House of Lords in the UK.
