NORTHGLENN, Colo. (PRWEB) April 17, 2019 Harkins Theatres plans to open a new 12-screen luxury movie theater at the Northglenn Marketplace in late 2020. This is the catalyst to revitalize and re-energize the center. The brand new 55,000 square-foot theater will be located on the northern end of the center in the area presently occupied by Bed Bath and Beyond. "Northglenn residents have been asking for a theater for years and I'm happy to say we will have it," said Mayor Carol Dodge. "Harkins' premier experience theaters will be an impressive anchor tenant that will ignite renewal of our Marketplace, and we welcome them to our community."Bed Bath and Beyond has signed a lease to relocate to the former 25,100 square-foot Borders building on the east side of the Marketplace. They plan to start interior and exterior improvements and move in by early fall.
