Maybe the roof has a few leaks but the home furnishings and improvement segments of retailing are still doing fine…and likely to remain so for the foreseeable future. The news earlier this week from At Home that it had a pretty miserable quarter, causing the stock to lose more than half its value, coupled with the continuing turmoil at Bed Bath & Beyond has some people thinking the overall sector is about to start tanking.
