Stocks struggle as health care losses overshadow earnings Stocks struggled Wednday as sharp loss in the health care sector offset strong quarterly earnings rults. Load Error The major index wavered around the flatline in afternoon trading. Health care fell .9% as a sector, adding to its steep loss from the previous ssion. The sector fell % on Tuday, its biggt one-day decline since Jan. . “Health care is one of the poort performers this year,” said Ernie Cecilia, the CIO at Bryn Mawr Trust. “Some of it is political.
