Capturing The Celgene-Bristol-Myers Deal Spread Using ETFs Summary We provide details of the Celgene - BMY deal and compute an estimated value for the contingent value right (CVR). We discuss an alternative strategy to capture the Celgene-BMY spread using an ETF. We review three ETFs that could work well as a hedge both on the BMY portion of the deal and to reduce sector risk.
