There is a bomb scare. A cyber-attack compromises privacy. The product does not work. An unsafe worksite is shut down. There are accusations of misconduct. Your company is in crisis and your most valuable asset is at risk: your customer's trust. It's often said trust takes time to build and seconds to destroy. It depends.
