HOUSTON, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) today announced that it filed a Form 12b-25 notification of late filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and released preliminary results for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2018. The Company intends to hold its investor conference call to discuss its fiscal year 2019 third quarter after it has filed its Form 10-Q with the SEC, and will not be commenting until the Form 10-Q has been filed.Management has concluded that the Company did not have adequate monitoring control processes in place related to non-financial covenants within certain of its secured financing and lease agreements, and this control deficiency identified represents a "material weakness" in internal controls over financial reporting.
