Rand Paul, R-Ky., called for a review of the company's proposed merger with CA Technologies . The stock, which was down all morning, extended its losses to close at $231.83. CA Technologies lost nearly 3 percent. Paul called for a review of the proposed $19 billion merger during a Senate hearing on homeland security.
