(Nasdaq: CALA), a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing novel small molecule drugs for the treatment of cancer and other life-threatening diseases, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 14,375,000 shares of common stock, including 1,875,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full of their option to purchase additional shares.
