Summary We continue to believe that shares of Celsius Holdings remain overvalued on a fundamental basis. Short interest in CELH hit a near-record 840,670 shares in the most recent NASDAQ reporting period. Three days ago, it was announced that CELH was being added to the FTSE Russell 3000 Index and the FTSE Russell Microcap Index effective with the June 25, 2018, reconstitution. These two catalysts could serve to propel shares much higher in the short run. Traders may have an opportunity to take advantage of the sudden demand for shares by institutions with products benchmarked to these two indices, as well as a potential short squeeze play.
