HOUSTON, May 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Center Coast MLP & Infrastructure Fund (NYSE: CEN) (the "Fund") declared today three regular monthly distributions of $0.1042 per common share. Distribution Details:MonthEx-Dividend DateRecord DatePayable DateDistribution per common shareJune6/14/176/16/176/28/17$0.1042July7/12/177/14/177/28/17$0.1042August8/9/178/11/178/29/17$0.1042 Based on current estimates, we anticipate that a portion of the distributions paid in calendar 2017 will be treated for U.S. federal income tax purposes as a return of capital. The final determination of the tax status of those 2017 distributions will be made in early 2018 and provided to shareholders on Form 1099-DIV. The Fund anticipates declaring and paying distributions monthly.
