NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Chesapeake Lodging Trust (“Chesapeake”) (NYSE: CHSP) to Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (“Park”) (NYSE: PK). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Chesapeake will receive only $11.00 in cash and 0.628 of a share of Park for each share of Chesapeake that they own.
