Fort Lauderdale, Fla, Jan. 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CLEANCOR Energy Solutions LLC (CLEANCOR), a wholly owned subsidiary of SEACOR Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CKH), announced today that a subsidiary, CLEANCOR Equipment Solutions LLC, has acquired substantially all of the assets of GreenFix America, LLC, a Palm Springs, California-based company. Cleancor The acquired equipment will further CLEANCOR’s ability to offer turnkey liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) solutions for use by truck fleets, off-pipeline agriculture and industrial customers, as well as specialized utility pipeline interruption projects. In conjunction with the transaction, GreenFix America Managing Member Mark Kimberlin has been hired as Chief Operating Officer of CLEANCOR
