Summary When we think about investment ideas which “hit us over the head immediately”, as Mohnish Pabrai says, NRC Group stands out as such an investment idea. As a company going public via a SPAC with Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. ( HCAC ), with a pro forma market cap of ~$378mm, we think the company is on few investors’ radar screens.
