Limited TASE Trading Activity Does Not Warrant Listing Shares to Continue Listing and Trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J., Aug. 04, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ:CLSN), an oncology drug development company, today announced that it is taking steps to voluntarily delist the Company’s common shares from trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Celsion is delisting its shares from the TASE in order to be subject to one set of listing regulations instead of two, to allow greater flexibility to execute its business and financing strategy and to reduce cost of operations. As such, Celsion has requested that the TASE immediately initiate the process to delist the Company’s shares. The TASE initially approved the listing of Celsion's shares of common stock on November 12, 2015.
