PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The law firm of Spector, Roseman & Kodroff, P.C. announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of investors who purchased PolarityTE Inc. (Nasdaq: COOL) securities on the open market between March 31, 2017 and June 25, 2018 (the “Class Period”). According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants failed to disclose material adverse facts about PolarityTE's business, operations, and prospects, including: (1) the status of Patent #14/954,335 at the time it was acquired by PolarityTE on April 7, 2017 and the months following; and (2) the updated status of Patent #14/954,335 after its June 4, 2018 final rejection by the U.S. Patent Trademark Office.
