VANCOUVER, June 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - CRH Medical Corporation (the "Company") (TSX: CRH) (NYSE MKT: CRHM), announces the following voting results for the Company's 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, the nominees listed in the Company's management proxy circular were elected as directors and KPMG LLP was appointed as auditor of the Company for the coming year. A total of 47,049,469 common shares of the 71,471,888 common shares outstanding were voted at the Meeting, representing approximately 65.83% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
