NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Law Offices of Vincent Wong are investigating the Board of Directors of Clifton Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:CSBK) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the sale of the Company to Kearny Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:KRNY). Under the terms of the deal, Clifton Bancorp shareholders will receive 1.191 shares of Kearny Financial stock per share.
