Deutsche Bank tightens rules on employees' trading: Bloomberg [Seeking Alpha]

Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB ) is tightening rules on how employees trade with their own money to include exchange-traded funds. Starting next year, all trades in ETFs will need to be cleared by an employee's manager and compliance staff, regardless of their size, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. That brings them in line with rules used for stock trades, the people said. Some inside the bank were concerned that staff might be distracted at work by their private investments.
