DCP Midstream: A Growing Natural Gas PlaySummaryDCP is one of the larger natural gas MLPs, with operations primarily in the West Texas Basins and Colorado.The company has been yet another beneficiary of surging production growth due to high energy prices, which is prompting it to expand its operations.DCP Midstream should be a significantly larger company by 2020 when ten of its eleven current growth projects will be complete.The company boasts a 7.26% yield which should result in a solid total return when combined with its growth projects.DCP admittedly does not have much margin for error should its business decline, which would certainly result in a distribution cut.
