DCP Midstream ( DCP ) is down despite winning an upgrade to Buy from Neutral with a $48 price target, raised from $42, at Goldman Sachs, which believes increasing commodity prices will act as a catalyst for the company's better than expected earnings while higher U.S. oil production will support longer term growth. Goldman also sees DCP shares trading at an attractive valuation of 10% discount relative to its peer group average on an EV-to-EBITDA multiple basis.
