DD3 Acquisition (NASDAQ: DDMXU ) has priced public offering of 5M units at $10.00 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $50M. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, no par value and one warrant, with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50. Closing date is expected to occur on or about October 16. The Ordinary Shares and Warrants are expected to be traded on Nasdaq under the symbols “DDMX” and “DDMXW,” respectively.
